Welcome to Chavurah by the Sea!
You are invited to join a dynamic group of friends—a Chavurah—dedicated to growing traditional, modern Judaism in Ventura County.
Sponsored by the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, Chavurah by the Sea is an outreach effort of Congregation Am Hayam, with the assistance of the Jewish Federation of Ventura County.
Thanks to the support of these three leading Jewish organizations, Chavurah by the Sea is attracting unaffiliated Jewish and interfaith families, couples, and singles.
The generous start-up underwriting of USCJ allows our Chavurah to operate with no membership fees and to offer programming at little or no cost to anyone interested in participating. Of course, we welcome contributions in support of the Chavurah!
